A little more about me…
I’m so glad you’re here. I created Reline Coaching to empower and guide professionals, entrepreneurs, and young adults with sustaining focus on goals, thriving over hurdles, shifting mindsets, and creating lasting results. Through the coaching practice, I am able to apply my innate strengths for accessing natural intuition, understanding social intelligence, identifying patterns between thoughts and behaviors, and communicating with direct, yet compassionate, feedback to encourage risk taking and growth.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, my sister and I were brought up by parents from the midwest who were in the medicine, arts, and dance fields. I followed in my parents’ footsteps, dancing and competing in sports throughout my youth, practicing yoga and becoming certified in Bali and San Francisco, and transitioning into a variety of careers before becoming a coach. I’ve gained a broad range of expertise and skills, and have had the honor of working and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, career positions, and stages of life. Folks I’ve worked with include C-levels in startups, Entrepreneurs, Senior Leaders growing teams in corporations such as Twitter and Stitch Fix, Venture Capitalists, Medical Professionals, Young Professionals, and Olympic Athletes transitioning careers.
Outside of work, I find joy and balance by being active outside, practicing yoga and mindfulness, continuing lifelong learning, exploring both the world and my backyard, spending time laughing and connecting with close family and friends, and relaxing at home in San Francisco with my husband, son, and calico kitty.
